Financial Information
Questions about payment and insurance are part of planning your care. Contact our team to discuss a proposed treatment, your estimated portion, and the arrangements currently available.
Insurance & Payment Options
Dental Insurance
Payment of your estimated patient portion is due at the time of treatment. As a courtesy, we bill all dental insurance plans except the Oregon Health Plan (OHP). We are not in-network with any insurance company, but if your plan allows you to choose your own provider, we’re happy to bill your insurance on your behalf!
We can also submit pre-treatment estimates or prior authorizations to help you understand your expected insurance benefits and out-of-pocket costs. Please note that these are not guarantees of payment. Your insurance company determines final benefits when the claim is processed, and you are responsible for any costs not covered by insurance.
Flexible Financing
Need help managing the cost of treatment? We partner with CareCredit, a third-party financing provider offering various payment options, including promotional financing of up to 12 months with no interest for qualified applicants, subject to approval and applicable terms.
Payment methods
We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Patients without dental insurance who pay with cash or check receive a 5% courtesy discount.
Ask before you decide
Our team can discuss the financial questions that accompany a treatment plan. Confirm current payment policies, insurance handling, and any third-party terms directly before proceeding.
