We require all of our patients to pay their estimated portions for the services done at the time of treatment. As a courtesy we bill ALL insurances, except for Oregon Health Plan.
We are contracted with the following insurance companies:
• ODS
• Delta Dental
• Washington Dental Services
We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, and Mastercard. If you do not have insurance and pay with a check or cash we give a courtesy 5% discount.
Do you need to make payments due to not having insurance, or cannot afford the copay all at once? We also work with a 3rd party agency called Care Credit. They offer many payment options, including up to 12 months no interest! |
